Noocleus Labs ("Noocleus", "we") operates this website. By accessing or using it, you ("you", "the visitor") agree to these terms. Use the site lawfully, do not attempt to disrupt or compromise it, do not scrape it at scale without prior written permission, and do not impersonate Noocleus or anyone else on it.

The content on this site, including the writing, design, brand marks, hex iconography, and visual identity, is owned by Noocleus Labs unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of it without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference. The Noocleus name and brand marks are trademarks of Noocleus Labs.

03 // Inquiries and confidentiality

Information you submit through forms or by email is treated as confidential to the extent reasonably possible. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes, except where compelled by law. The privacy policy below governs how we handle this information in detail.

04 // Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided on an as-is basis, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption, or that the content is error-free or complete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noocleus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data or business opportunity.

05 // Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes about your use of the site will be resolved through good-faith communication, and where that fails, by the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

Privacy Policy

01 // What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide, including your email, the door you selected, and any optional message. When you browse the site, we and our analytics providers collect standard usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referrer, session interactions, and timestamps. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

02 // How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and (with your consent) keep you informed about the rebrand launch and engagement openings. We use site usage data to understand how the site is performing, identify problems, and improve the experience. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

03 // Third-party services we use

To run this site and our operations, we rely on the following third-party services. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:

  • MICROSOFT CLARITYsession interaction analytics, including heatmaps and session recordings of page interactions
  • GOOGLE SERVICESemail, document storage, and platform infrastructure used to operate the website and our work

These providers may collect information directly from your device through cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out of Google Analytics via Google's opt-out browser add-on, and review Microsoft Clarity's data handling in their privacy statement.

This site uses cookies for essential functionality and for the analytics providers listed above. Most browsers let you decline non-essential cookies in settings; declining them will not break the site, though some session features may be limited.

05 // Data retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as is necessary to respond and evaluate, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's defaults. You may request deletion of your information at any time; we'll comply within thirty days, except where retention is required by law.

06 // Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR for EU residents, PIPEDA for Canadian residents, CCPA for California residents, and similar regimes elsewhere), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to its processing.
